Two days before this photo was taken, I was on vacation in Atlanta, Georgia where it was a nice 70 degrees . I returned to Moscow —where I lived and worked. On the flight back, as the plane made its final approach, l looked at all the snow on the ground covering the entire city. That is when I remembered, I left my overcoat in the trunk of the rental car at Hartsfield-Jackson airport in Atlanta.

Jerry T Johnson, Poet will be one of the guest features at The Huntington Poetry Barn this Friday night, October 19 at 8pm.

Jerry will be co-featuring with co-founder of the barn reading series, Bruce Johnson.

The Huntington Poetry Barn is located at 2 High Street, Huntington, (Long Island) New York (corner of High Street and New York Avenue in Huntington.

This event is part of a monthly series which runs every 3rd Friday of the month.

The event runs from 8pm-11pm rain or shine. Open Mic, $6 Suggested donation at the door. Host: George Wallace and Barbara Southhard.
