How I Thicken Stew
Microwave a cup of chicken or vegetable broth for one minute then stir 2 to 3 tablespoons of cornstarch in the hot broth. The corn starch melds in the broth. Pour the broth into your stew and stir. This technique works well with thickening pinto beans too.
Pic 1 – first you sauté sliced onions and garlic
Pic 2 – then you add shrimp marinated in scampi sauce (my marinade is sto-bought, sorry)
Pic 3 – then you add your kielbasa
Pic 4 – then you add your pasta – I prefer thin spaghetti (mine is sto-bought, sorry)
Finally…you enjoy
