Amy Barone
Amy Barone’s new poetry collection, Defying Extinction, was published by Broadstone Books in 2022. New York Quarterly Books released her collection, We Became Summer, in 2018. She wrote chapbooks Kamikaze Dance (Finishing Line Press) and Views from the Driveway (Foothills Publishing.) Barone’s poetry has appeared in Local Knowledge, Martello Journal (Ireland), Muddy River Poetry Review, New Verse News, and Paterson Literary Review, among other publications. She belongs to the Poetry Society of America and the Brevitas online poetry community. From Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, she lives in New York City.
Matthew Hupert
Matthew Hupert is a writer and multi-media artist from New York City. He is a founder of the the NeuroNautic Institute & of NeuroNautic Press. He has 2 full-length collections, Ism is a Retrovirus (2011- Three Rooms Press) and Secular Pantheism (2019 – NeuroNautic Press). He is also the author of several chapbooks, & his writing has appeared in numerous journals and anthologies including the upcoming anthology from great weather for MEDIA. Matthew hosts several poetry reading series, including the annual showcase for New York voices Night in the Naked City, and the monthly series NeuroNautic Institute Presents, which features writers from around the world, and a vibrant open mic. He is a recipient of the 2020 New York Acker Award for Show Organizer and Host.

Madeline Artenberg
Madeline Artenberg was a photojournalist and street theatre performer before falling for poetry. After the first poem popped out, she sold all her cameras. Her work appears in many publications, such as Rattle and MacQueens Quinterly. She was semi-finalist in Margie, The American Journal of Poetry contest, and finalist in the Mudfish 2020 contest. One of her poems was nominated as Best of the Net 2020 by Poets Wear Prada. Her first full-length poetry book, Naming a Hurricane, published by Pink Trees Press, is now available on Amazon Books.
Margaret R. Sáraco
Margaret R. Sáraco, author of the poetry collection, If There Is No Wind (Human Error Publishing, 2022), explores themes of family, beauty, love, and activism in her work. “Cookies,” which appears in Lips Poetry Magazine, was recently nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Her second collection is due out in 2023.

Douglas Curran
Douglas Curran is a fiction writer, essayist, poet, and artist in Brooklyn, New York. His short stories, essays, and illustrations have appeared in Time magazine, Notre Dame Magazine, The Frogmore Papers, Andrei Codrescu’s Exquisite Corpse, American Letters and Commentary, and elsewhere. A recipient of the Edward Albee Foundation Fellowship for fiction and an MFA from the University of Notre Dame, since 2000, he has held the position of editor of architecture and design at Rizzoli International Publications, New York. Felix Guzman
Felix Guzman is a poet, community organizer and advocate. He is the author of two chapbooks, Savage Garden Concrete Jungle: A Chapbook to Remember Me By, and Shakur&Bronte&Hughes&Angelou&Shakespeare: Under the Influence.
A born and bred New Yorker, Felix uses his writing to organize and build positive conversations around the issues of ending mass incarceration, ending homelessness, increasing access to harm reduction, and addressing mental health treatment disparity. He teaches poetry workshops in community venues and institutional settings.
Felix’s poems have been published in Voices of Fortune twice, and two of his poems were featured on 4Tune Society Success Stories, an album produced by the Fortune Society. He has performed his poetry at press conferences, rallies, open mics and award ceremonies from the steps of New York City Hall to the storied stage at Carnegie Hall. His op-ed on issues in regard to homelessness was published in the New York Daily News. An op-ed on the importance of removing law enforcement from encounters with those in emotional crisis appeared in City Voices Newspaper.
