First, sauté Onions, Minced Garlic.
Next, a little Salt, a little Pepper,
a little Italian Seasoning, a little
more Italian Seasoning, sauté
a little more. add Rice, the long
grain kind, pour in a cup veggie
broth. Scatter Zucchini, pressure
cook a few minutes, then add
the shredded Cheese!
